1. The clue to innovation always comes from the customer. (Human-centered)
- Find the root cause of customers' problems through deep empathy for them.
- Act with and experience customer's problems in their life field.
- Look into the lives of customers without hypotheses or assumptions and find the cause of their problems.
- The customer's problem is the way it is expressed, and the cause of the problem is connected with the customer's various life behaviors.

 

2. We believe in the values ​​of openness, participation and sharing. (synergy)
- Rather than a single genius, the power of collaboration of various experts solves problems.
- The customer is not a flat entity. It can be understood only by analyzing it three-dimensionally from various angles.
- The sum of intuitions of experts is stronger than quantitative logic.

3. Think about 'Why' once more. (deliberation)
- Ask "why
?" until there is no answer.
- Do not hesitate to look at the customer again at any time.

4. Big Problem Simple Solution (Value for Customers)
- Creativity is creating solutions that can solve complex tasks easily.
- An idea is just a seed, and becomes a solution when ideas are added and green housing.
- Ask yourself, “Would I buy my solution
?
- Don't create solutions that customers have to study.

5. We aim for innovation that changes customer behavior. (De Facto Standard)
- Innovation is not creating alternatives to solve problems expressed by customers, but finding the root cause and creating complete solutions.
